We find properties that fit your criteria, go to open homes to ensure the listing matches the reality and narrow down a list to five of the best properties for you to view.

Our service covers the full property search process right through to when you’ve made a purchasing decision.

- Real Estate Agents work for both the vendor and the purchaser. We are not agents so we work exclusively for you.

We source properties across ALL available listings

- Agents generally show you properties that they have exclusive sales rights to. We are not aligned to any agency, so we source a wide range of properties based on their suitability in matching your wish list.

You only have to deal with one person

- We offer a nationwide service where you deal with one person, not multiple listing agents.

- Travelling to open homes, especially if they are not where you live, is time consuming and expensive. We narrow down properties to the top 5 saving you time and money.

We have extensive local knowledge of schools, transport, shops and businesses

- We use the criteria you provide to find properties in locations that are close to good schools, handy to amenities and within commuting distance to your place of work.

Find Me Property and its employees are not licenced real estate agents or salespeople.  Our role is to help you to identify properties that meet the criteria you provide us with.  We may make contact with potential vendors and agents to inquire about and arrange to view properties however we do not get involved in negotiations with property owners on your behalf, we do not handle deposits or any funds involved in the purchase, and we do not get involved in drafting legal sale and purchase documents.  We put you together with the property of your dreams, and let you make the bargain! 

If you don’t have your own lawyer, we can recommend several experienced lawyers who can help you negotiate and document the transaction itself. 

We can arrange specialist reports to be prepared for you on properties at your request such as LIM reports (from the local authority), building reports, registered valuations, rental assessments from a provider chosen by you (we can provide you with a list of specialists that we recommend).  We take no responsibility for any advice provided by such specialists.

Find Me Property is completely independent, and does not receive a commission or other payment from any vendors or real estate agencies so you can feel confident that we have only your interests at heart.
