Find Me Property was founded by two Kiwi businesswomen, Carla Gordon and Andrea Smith.
After experiencing the stress and often disappointing outcomes of trying to find the ‘right’ property, they saw a gap in the New Zealand market for an unbiased property consultation business working solely for the buyer.
As a result, they established Find Me Property with the sole aim of removing the hassle, cost and frustration of sourcing, viewing and selecting properties.
Everyone who has been in the property market knows how time consuming and frustrating it can be spending hours sourcing listings and visiting endless open homes only to find the property doesn’t meet expectations.
Through a robust consultation process, Find Me Property identifies the key criteria that match the wish list of the client and then undertakes all the hard work on their behalf.
At the end of the consultation process, the client is presented with a targeted shortlist of five ideal properties for consideration and provided with assistance until the sale is completed.
Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Studies and has over 20 years international experience working for global organisations.
She brings this business knowledge to the Real Estate world and is passionate about working with clients to find their dream home.
Carla has a background in broadcasting/media and administration management having worked with large creative, event and international consulting agencies.
She works with an eye for detail and a direct, efficient approach to property consultation.
